General Terms and conditions of Sale

The General Sales Conditions determine the conditions applicable to sales made by Wrapp Up, Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, hereinafter referred to as ‘Wrapp Up’ and its buyers, hereinafter referred to as ‘customer’, and regulate the rights and obligations of both parties and supersedes any non imperative law.

Any exception or amendment to the Terms and Conditions takes the form of private condition and is only valid if made in writing, accepted and signed by the legal representative of both parties, prevailing in this case on the first.

Any and all conditions that the consumer may insert into documents of any kind that is contradictory to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions will be void and without value.

Wrapp Up reserves the right to update, add or remove clauses to the General Sales Conditions without prior notice to the Consumer.

Product Selection

The Consumer is entirely responsible for the selection(s) of product(s) purchased as well as the use or function to which they relate. Therefore Wrapp Up cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the suitability of the product for technical applications required by the consumer, nor the full range or part of the objects aimed for in making the purchase.

Acceptance of Orders

Products distributed by Wrapp Up are meant for advertising and / or promotional use. For any other uses Wrapp Up disclaims any liability and / or penalty it may incur due to the use by third parties for purposes other than those stated here.

Barring definitive rupture of stock or other situations beyond WAPI’s control, all orders will be fulfilled.

In the case of a temporary failure of stock WAPI will directly contact the Consumer, to reach a resolution agreed between both parties.

Order fulfillment

Items featured on this website may occasionally suffer slight changes in shape and / or color without notice. Wrapp Up reserves the right not to fulfill an order in the event of a breach of these conditions by the Consumer.

Orders executed outside the United Arab Emirates are delivered without shipping time commitment, since this is the responsibility of third-parties other than Wrapp Up.

All orders, even when supported by Wrapp Up, travel at the risk of the Customer.

Acceptance of complaints, returns and order cancellations

Wrapp Up may freely cancel any orders not yet being processed. From the moment Wrapp Up processes the order, the cancellation process shall be agreed between the parties.

Wrapp Up will accept complaints only when received in writing from the consumer.

We only accept claims for incomplete applications, a total deviation of 1% on the processed amounts, mistaken orders or defective products, and when claimed within 2 business days of the reception of the order by the consumer. By the end of the period stipulated above, Wrapp Up considers the order accepted by the consumer for all purposes.

Returns are accepted only when they are made within a period of 2 working days from the order reception date and when they are properly packed in their boxes / original bags.

Claims for damage during shipping will only be accepted when documented on the delivery note of the carrier in the proper space of the document or equipment.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon reception.

In case of an incomplete order, Wrapp Up may proceed with the replacement of missing items, resorting to the same shipping method of the original order, not being forced to contemplate Express shipments and their respective costs.

In the case of partial return of an order, Wrapp Up reserves the right to review and adjust prices due to the final number of items actually purchased by the consumer.

The collection of reclaimed or returned merchandise must be made according to the specific conditions of delivery, both with regard to conditioning and with regard to the location of collection.

Payment conditions

All payments to Wrapp Up should be paid directly to its head office in Dubai.

Wrapp Up reserves the right to suspend the fulfillment of a consumer’s order, provided that the guidelines presented in the previous paragraphs have not been respected.

In case of dispute, the competent court will be the Dubai Courts, in the United Arab Emirates.

Product customization

The number of customized products may vary from the customer’s request, by 3%.

Wrapp Up does not guarantee that the customization of items with Pantone Color will exactly match the Pantone reference, especially when customization is applied on surfaces other than white.

For physical samples of customized products, the price will be agreed between the parties.

The logo or image to be applied in the customization of products must be delivered in vector and editable form, such as Corel Draw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (ai). Otherwise the cost of artwork preparation will be charged to the consumer. The cost is to be agreed between the parties.

To determine a deadline for the production of a custom application, it is up to the customer to consult Wrapp Up to deliver an estimated period of production.

Wrapp Up will always provide a pre-production model to the consumer, which must be validated and confirmed in writing.

Customized products’ packaging may change compared to non-printed products, without notice.

The website is owned by the company Wrapp Up Advertising Requisites Trading LLC. (hereinafter referred to as Wrapp Up, or us) registered with the Dubai Economic Department, under the business license 807549. This Privacy Policy statement (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes all of the personal information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, how we disclose that information, and the measures we take to protect your personal information. By visiting the website, we understand that you accept this policy.

Personal data

The usage of this website does not require personal information. Such personal and identifiable information is only collected when voluntarily supplied by users as part of Wrapp Up's commercial activity, during the creation of user accounts, orders and quote requests.

Email provided by users may be used for the sending of marketing email, informing users of campaigns, new products and other news. The recipient of such emails may, at any time, opt out of receiving such communication be clicking the “Unsubscribe” button present in emails, or by sending an email to info@wrappup.me requesting such emails not be sent. Automatically collected data

When visiting this website, data may be stored regarding the pages visited, the session duration, etc.. This data is anonymous and only used internally for the evaluation of the website.

Wrapp Up is the only entity responsible for the collected data. Personal information will only be shared with third parties when voluntarily supplied by clients and when essential to the delivery of orders (ex: delivery addresses will be shared with shipping services).
